IROCK Registry Steering Committee
The role of the IROCK Registry Steering Committee is to act as a Registry Management Committee and an Independent Review Panel for applications to use registry resources.
The IROCK Registry Steering Committee was established in March 2021 together with the committee's Terms of Reference. The founding members represent the sites initially involved in IROCK's retrospective cohort work and will serve on the committee for for a period of five years after which they may nominate for re-election.
The IROCK Registry Steering Committee must comprise the following members:
• At least 75% of the IROCK Registry Steering Committee members will be currently practicing healthcare professionals (for example radiation oncologists and urologists) treating people with renal cell carcinoma.
• At least one consumer representative
• A statistician
• The IROCK Registry coordinator
• The IROCK Registry Steering Committee chair (nominated from the Committee membership)
